OT Recruiter are searching for a head Occupational Therapist for a centre in Jeddah providing services to children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) and Developmental Delay.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree or higher. Candidates should have experience working with children with autism and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (primarily alongside ABA and S&L therapists).

Report writing is important, so fluency of English is essential. Sensory Integration experience is also desirable.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Report writing

Ø Organise and maintain the teaching environment, and instructional activities

Ø Adhering to and maintaining integrity of the Centre (the employer).

Ø Oversee day-to-day management of learners’ programs, including making materials and completing relevant paperwork

Ø Participate in assessment and treatment meetings

Ø Review and provide feedback on progress reports

 Qualifications and Experience:

Ø Qualification in Occupation Therapy. Preference given to those with a Masters

Ø Three years post graduate experience specifically in the area of Paediatrics.

Ø Post graduate training in sensory integration therapy

Ø Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and with challenging behaviour

Ø Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) an advantage
